Please measure your wrist* and use this size guide when ordering:

Small: 5.5 - 6.0 inches / 14.0 - 15.2 centimeters

Medium: 6.0 - 6.5 inches / 15.2 - 16.5 centimeters 

Large: 6.5 - 7.0 inches / 16.5 - 17.8 centimeters 

Extra Large: 7.0 - 7.5 inches / 17.8 - 19 centimeters

* To measure your wrist, use a flexible measuring tape or tailor's tape. Note that the torc bracelet is put onto the wrist from the side and then twisted into place; it should not be too tight on your wrist, but should fit comfortably and securely.
